ERASED is centered around a young, struggling manga artist with a condition that sends him backwards in time to prevent life-threatening situations. One day, this “revival” sends him back to his elementary school years, when the investigation on a string of kidnappings goes cold.

Appealing both on the mystery thriller front and the heartwarming front, ERASED expertly weaves the seemingly contradictory genres together to create an emotional rollercoaster filled with suspense. In fact, the tension built by the disappearances only helps build deeper ties between the characters and easily sucks the audience into feeling like a member of the characters’ friend group.
